pass road junction [=] pass orchard on your right [=] take next track on right (footpath sign) [=] follow track to Woolton farm [=] at Y junction turn right ( sign = footpath A257) [=] then turn left between farm buildings [=] at Thatched barn ahead turn left [=] follow track past pond on your left uphill and to the right [=] continue on track passing Ponds Cottages [=] follow track to road [=] cross road half right to footpath [=] follow path to track on left [=]

go through gap beside gate [=] follow track through wood (sweet chestnut trees) [=] track becomes enclosed path ( honeysuckle on right side) follow track to T junction [=] turn right onto tarmac track [=] go through gap at side of steel gate [=] continue on track to left hand bend (junction of tracks) turn right onto track [=] then immediately turn left onto track across field [=] pass the backs of gardens following track to road [=] cross road 

continue ahead down path between houses and sports field [=] at end of sports field turn left down enclosed footpath [=] pass school on your left [=] continue to road [=] cross road into church yard [=] follow path on the righthand side of church to a steel kissing gate [=] through gate and half left to stile 

cross stile [=] head half right across field to stile next to bridle gate [=] cross stile [=] ahead following fence to stile in righthand corner of field [=] cross stile and follow enclosed path to road [=] turn left [=] follow road beside the Little stour [=] at Littlebourne mill take track on left side of road ( footpath sign post) [=] turn left onto field edge

follow right hand edge of field [=] continue ahead across fields following the Little stour (on your right) [=] at wooden fence before Wickhambreaux mill follow path left [=] then into church yard [=] ahead across church yard to iron kissing gate in righthand corner [=] through gate ahead onto village green.
