and lay it over the map:-

Line up the marks to their 
relevant grid lines on the 
map.
You may have to adjust your browser page 
setup menu to fit the page
to A4.

The original size of the 
image is 160mm wide by 240mm high.

You may try using your 
browser to save the image. Then arrange it using an art package.
